K-Span Building in a Box (BiB) Kits

Background
The United States Air Force, through the Air Force Civil Engineering Center, is seeking to acquire multiple Building in a Box (BiB) kits. These kits are essential for constructing K-Span structures, which serve as vertical steel shelters for operational facilities and material storage in both Continental United States (CONUS) and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

The goal of this contract is to ensure rapid construction capabilities while meeting specific quality and durability standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply, transport, deliver, and offload BiB kits compatible with M.I.C. Industries brand Ultimate Building Machines (UBM). The specifications for the BiB kits include:
- Galvanized steel in coils conforming to ASTM A 653-20, Grade 50 with a yield strength of 50,000 psi.
- Coil dimensions: Width between 23.5 inches to 24 inches; Maximum outside diameter of 40 inches; Thickness between 0.026 to 0.043 inches.
- Various components including:
- MIC 240 Entry door kit (36" X 80")
- MIC 240 Louver kit (36" X 36") with a capacity of 3120 CFM
- MIC 240 ventilator kit (32" X 32") with a capacity of 5000 CFM
- Overhead door kit (16W' X 16H')
- Neoprene closed cell sponge materials.

All items must be delivered in various configurations as specified in the draft Statement of Work dated December 19, 2025.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Main Operating Base (MOB) or Forward Operating Base (FOB) destinations within the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States.
