Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking to procure physical education (PE) equipment for elementary, middle, and high school PE classes across its system. The goal of this contract is to establish multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) that will facilitate the delivery of necessary equipment to various DoDEA schools located both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS).

This procurement aims to enhance the physical education programs by ensuring that schools have access to appropriate and compliant PE equipment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of physical education equipment as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Ensuring all products conform to the Revised 508 Standards for accessibility, allowing individuals with disabilities equal access to information and data.
- Delivering digital components and warranties within three business days after receipt of a delivery order.
- Delivering physical/print equipment/components to US sites within 30 business days and overseas sites within 45 business days.
- Providing ongoing technical support after initial delivery orders.
- Conducting privacy training for contractor staff who have access to personally identifiable information (PII), ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Submitting privacy verification documentation annually or as required by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Complying with cybersecurity requirements set forth by DoD and DoDEA, including ensuring software meets Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Level 2 standards.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is five years, during which the contractor will fulfill delivery and service obligations as outlined in the contract.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations where DoDEA schools are situated, including both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
