Justification of proposed increase of the Mission Execution Support Services Contract   5

Background
The Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) issues this Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) to authorize a modification to increase the value of the Mission Execution (ME) Support Services contract 89243323CFE000074.

The contract supports NETL’s program/project planning, execution, evaluation, and process assessments as well as key processes that support these functions. NETL serves as a preeminent energy technology laboratory focused on providing impactful science-based knowledge and innovative technology solutions.

Work Details
The objective of this contract is to support NETL’s program/project planning, execution, evaluation, and process assessments.

The scope includes technical writing, graphic design support, meeting planning and facilitation, technical proposal review, peer review planning and logistical support, road-mapping, project portfolio and program assessments, data management and process improvement, and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support.
