Description

This posting is in accordance with FAR 6.305, Availability of the Justification. This posting includes a redacted copy of the justification for use of FAR 6.302-2, to utilize sole source procurement methods to award an emergency procurement for facilities engineering services at the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse, 555 Independence, Cape Girardeau, MO.

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service is issuing a sole source bridge contract for facilities engineering services at the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse in Cape Girardeau, MO due to an unusual and compelling urgency.

Work Details
The contractor must provide all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment necessary for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the building(s), equipment, and related services at the Limbaugh Courthouse.

This includes all equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, structures, architectural finishes, and utilities within or beneath the facility's interior and exterior extending to the legal property line.
