Background
The United States Air Force (USAF), through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) and the Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS) Program Management Office (PMO), is seeking immediate contractor support to address critical operational requirements for J85 engines. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with stringent Department of the Air Force (DAF) audit standards and sustain CEMS’s 24/7 availability, which is vital for military operations and the warfighter's mission. The modification seeks to improve aircraft readiness and reliability by expanding labor support, implementing Financial Information Audit Remediation (FIAR) efforts, and providing necessary software licenses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide support in several key areas:
1. **Information Technology Operations and Maintenance**: Ensure system functionality, availability, reliability, manageability, maintainability, auditability, and responsiveness to the DoD and AF Propulsion community.
2. **Integration Services**: Facilitate integration of the J85 engine platform into the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Toolset within CEMS architecture.
3. **Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance**: Address cybersecurity vulnerabilities related to FIAR compliance.
4. **Software Licenses**: Acquire licenses for Checkmarx and iText necessary for audit support and document generation. The additional scope includes increased contractor support for implementing RCM Toolset for J85 engines, expanded labor support for FIAR Compliance Acceleration, and material costs for software licenses.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
