Justification and Approval Posting

The 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii awarded contract W912CN-16-C-0014 with BAE Technology Solutions and Services Inc., 1601 Research Blvd., Rockville MD, 20850, on a sole source basis, for Logistics Support Services in support of the Logistics Readiness Center in Hawaii. The period of performance for this contract is 1 September 2016 through 31 August 2017. The major functional areas of operations and Support are Materiel Maintenance, Transportation, and Supply Services. This award is necessary as the follow on contract is temporarily on hold pending resolution of a Court of Federal Claims (COFC) protest. The LRC requires logistical support services for all organizations, subordinate units, non-USARPAC activities and respective military organizations, to include the Active Army, U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Army National Guard, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), Junior ROTC, American Samoa, Guam, Saipan, National Training Centers, and all USARPAC, USAG-HI, and other organizations (assigned, attached, or tenant), within the Hawaii geographical area of responsibility.
