"Justicia Efectiva Contra la Criminalidad y Corrupcion" Activity   4

The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire professional and technical services for the implementation of the Justicia Efectiva Contra la Criminalidad y Corrupci n Activity (also referred to as Effective Justice to Combat Criminality and Corruption , JECCC and the Activity ). The goal of this Activity is to reduce impunity, criminality, and corruption in Honduras by advancing an effective criminal justice system that upholds independence and integrity while increasing state legitimacy, civil society oversight, and citizen support for the rule of law.

Subject to availability of funds, USAID/Honduras anticipates awarding one combination award (FAR 16.102(b)) as a result of this solicitation, consisting of a Cost Reimbursement (Cost Plus Fixed Fee Completion) (CLIN 0001) and a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (CLIN 0002) type contract, for an estimated period of five (5) years from the date of contract award.

[24SEP2021] Amendment No.0001 to this RFP is hereby issued to materialize in a single administrative action the questions posed by prospective offerors regarding this RFP, as well as USAID's responses. This RFP is hereby amended by posting the responses to offerors' questions in the attached Questions & Answers Document (refer to Attachment 11). All other terms and conditions remain the same. For reference purpose only, the complete amended RFP is hereby attached, amended sections are highlighted in yellow.
