Background
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) is inviting proposals for services for the Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP) for the U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel. The solicitation may result in the issuance of a firm fixed-price service contract.

Work Details
The purpose of the firm fixed-price service contract is to provide services required for the Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP) to U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options.
The contract includes various tasks such as program management, evidence collection support, women and justice support, public accessibility and victim support services, prosecution case backlogs, support to AGO’s Inspection Department, AGO training capacity, office equipment and supplies, defense base act (DBA) insurance, and more.
The contractor is required to provide technical and intellectual leadership, consult and coordinate with PA institutions, civil society, and international sectors to develop and implement plans that further overall mission goals.
The contractor shall also provide collaborative AML/CFT and cybercrime regime support by strengthening coordination between justice and law enforcement entities, improving services provided to the public, raising awareness by victims of domestic violence, among other activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options.
