Background
The Embassy is seeking quotations for health insurance coverage for JUSMAG SASP and contractual employees under RFQ NO. 19RP3826Q0071. Work Details

- Submission of a notarized copy of the current license or accreditation from the Government of the Philippines confirming authorization to provide health insurance coverage.
- Completion of a Benefits Compliance Matrix detailing coverage offered against required coverage, including assessments of compliance (Yes/No/Exceeds) for each benefit listed.
- Coverage must include hospital network access to specific medical centers, annual physical examinations, pre-existing conditions, COVID-19 related illnesses, and various outpatient and inpatient services.
