Background
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes for the maintenance of Juniper hardware and software. Work Details
The contract includes maintenance services for Juniper hardware and software. Offerors are required to complete a Price Schedule detailing pricing for all line items needed. The submission must include:

1) Price Schedule or Quote;
2) Section K - Representation and Certifications;
3) EULA or MSAs or Warranty Terms;
4) Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable);
5) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer;
6) Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (if applicable).

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer, complete the attached pricing schedule, and include any terms and conditions such as EULA or MSAs. The FDIC prefers government-approved terms. Additionally, bidders must comply with any pre-award Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) information requirements.
