AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revised Statment of Work dated 22 Jul 2025, which clarifies the requirement dates (19 Sep 2025 - 21 Sep 2025), and provides response to vendors questions.

No further questions will be accepted.

Travis AFB, CA requires Hotel and Conference space accommodation for a Junior Airman Retreat. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) contains a comprehensive description of the requirement. In addition, the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Junior Airman Retreat (Hotel accommodations and Conference space) document is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Background
The 60th Air Mobility Wing (AWM) at Travis Air Force Base is seeking to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Junior Airmen Retreat. This retreat aims to support military service members and their partners by enhancing relationships through spiritual resiliency seminars. The goal is to provide tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, financial management, and overall resiliency techniques tailored for military families.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide accommodations for up to 25 individuals in suite-style rooms for 3 days and 2 nights, including on-site catering and conference space. Specific requirements include:

- Lodging with parking
- Provision of 4 meals throughout the retreat
- Meeting space for group teaching sessions

The preferred location is within 150 miles of Yosemite or Lake Tahoe, which offers ample opportunities for team-building activities such as hiking and outdoor events. In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to unused rooms, the contractor shall reimburse the cost of those rooms. Additionally, if rescheduling is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, the contractor must offer new dates for the conference.
