Background
The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing this procurement for the production of 4000 aluminum signs as part of the JTF-SB Signage project. The goal is to provide high-quality signage that meets specific durability and visibility standards for outdoor use.

Work Details
The contractor will produce 4000 aluminum signs, each sized 12 x 18 inches, printed in a four-color process (red and black) or Pantone 186 and black. The signs must feature high-intensity grade retroreflective sheeting on the face, trimmed on all four sides (square), and drilled with four holes in total.

The quality level required is Quality Level 3, and subcontracting is not permitted. The signs must be made from .100-.125” thick durable white reflective aluminum, printed directly onto the substrate using UV cured inks, and treated with a clear non-yellowing UV inhibitor for weather protection. Each sign will require specific hardware including bolts, nuts, washers, and galvanized pipe hanger strap.

The contractor must ensure that all materials comply with specified standards for durability against humidity, UV exposure, extreme temperatures, and other environmental factors.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and includes multiple delivery milestones: a minimum of 1000 signs by May 23, 2025; another 1000 by May 30, 2025; a third delivery of at least another 1000 by June 6, 2025; with complete delivery by June 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The signs will be delivered to Shirita Long at the US Army Building located at Fort Bliss, TX.
