• The due date for proposals is extended to December 21, 2021 by 4:00 PM (Central Time)
• Amendment 0003 to the solicitation is posted as an attachment entitled, "80JSC022R0003 RFP Amendment 0003 (SF30).pdf."
• Per L.12 Electronic Submission of Proposals Proposal Marking and Delivery Through NASA's EFSS BOX, paragraph (b) "offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation should notify Shine Lin of their intent to submit a proposal at least 48 hours prior... [Offerors] are encouraged to coordinate the submission of a test file with Shine Lin/Amanda Graziosi several days in advance of the date and time specified for proposal submission in order to allow time to work through any submission issues." Offerors should provide the referenced notification and coordinate submission of a test file 48 hours prior to the original proposal due date, 4:00 PM December 15, 2021, as the email(s) and EFSS may not be monitored from December 15 - December 22. Subcontractors planning to submit files through EFSS are also encouraged to coordinate test file submissions. The Government is not responsibile for late proposals due to issues with the NASA EFSS platform.
