Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract activity at the JRRF, with prior drydock-and-repair work performed for similar patrol boats. For example, Colonna’s Ship Yard received a $645,535 award (06/05/25–09/22/25) for “JRRF: FB-218 DRYDOCK AND REPAIR,” and US Maritime Solutions received a $288,450 award (06/02/25–08/09/25) for “JRRF: PF-204 DRYDOCK AND REPAIR,” which involved procuring services and materials for dry docking of a patrol boat. The current requirement for dry docking and repairs of the PF205 Patrol Boat is consistent with these prior JRRF patrol boat maintenance efforts, suggesting continuity in vessel type and scope.
