Background
The contract is issued for the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program, which aims to instill values of citizenship, service to the United States, and personal responsibility in high school students. The goal of this contract is to procure various insignias and related items that support the JROTC program's activities and uniforms.

The contractor will provide the following items:
- MARKSMANSHIP BADGE SILVER METAL: Expert, Sharpshooter, and Marksman variants.
