JRD Compound Heating - Ventilation - Air Conditioning & Envelope Improvements   2

Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the design contractor's project drawing addendums. The documents are attached and titled C-2 Attachment 3-2 Amendment to A7.0 MRV Arch, C-2 Attachment 3-3 Amendment HVAC Modernization, and C-2 Attachment 3-4 Amendment HVAC Modernization Mechanical Drawings.

Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the attached solicitation questions and answers on the document titled C-3 QA RFQ 1240BJ26Q0001, and to extend the due date for quotes to 27 March 2026 at 10:00 am Alaska Daylight Time. The extension is required because the design contractor will be providing updated drawings, which should be posted on or around March 18th.

Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to replace the following:

• Replace Specification Section 232113.13 Underground Hydronic Piping with the details in the attached document titled C-2 Attachment 2-1 Amendment to spec 232113_13 Rev1.
• Replace Drawing Sheet M203 in the drawing set with the attached document titled C-2 Attachment 3-1 Amendment to M203 Rev1.

Amendment 2: The due date for quotes has been extended to 18 March 2026 at 10:00 am Alaska Daylight Time.

Amendment 1: The solicitation has been amended to clarify that the project location is in Juneau, Alaska. The RFQ has been updated, and a new wage determination has been posted. The due date for quotes has been extended to 03 March 2026 at 1000 Pacific Time.

Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The intent of this contract is to provide for facility repair consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition of heating systems, electrical systems, and fuel oil delivery systems; electric boiler installations; underground heat distribution piping replacement; HVAC controls upgrade, and electrical service equipment replacement at the Admiralty National Monument Juneau Ranger District (ANM-JRD) USDA Forest Service Compound in Juneau, Alaska.

Period of performance: Award date to 31 December 2026.
