- containerized compute
- continuous publication
- related platform support services.

The estimated publication numbers are 20-40 articles in the first year. The services must be robust enough to serve users worldwide, including those with limited internet access.

Period of Performance
September 28, 2026 through September 27, 2027.

Place of Performance
Contractor-provided facilities or other Contractor-controlled locations within the continental United States.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must furnish all supplies, equipment, hardware, software, licenses, internet access, and services necessary to perform the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Knowledge of Section 508 requirements is required for compliance with accessibility standards.
