Background
The Joint Theater Level Simulation - Global Operations (JTLS-GO) contract is issued by the Joint Staff (JS), specifically the J7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training (DDJT). The mission of this contract is to provide operation, maintenance, technical, engineering, and research, development, test & evaluation (RDT&E) support for the JTLS-GO software.

This software is critical for enhancing joint training across various military services and coalition partners. The goal is to ensure that warfighters are equipped with effective simulations and tools necessary for comprehensive training.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a variety of tasks including: conducting research and development, operations, sustainment, and maintenance for the JTLS-GO software; providing cybersecurity support; developing test plans and reports; supporting software setup and installation; conducting operational enhancements; performing help desk operations; ensuring compliance with Department of Defense cybersecurity standards; and maintaining documentation related to software updates and system performance.

The contractor will also be responsible for delivering all required products in electronic format and ensuring that all deliverables are subject to government review.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance spans from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2026, with options extending through 29 September 2028.

Place of Performance
The primary work locations include the Valkyrie facility in California and the JS J-7 facility in Suffolk, Virginia. Additional work may occur at various contractor sites or other government-approved locations.
