Joint Terminal Attack Control Instructor, Simulator Operator, and Resource Manager

Background
The Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) requires contractor support for Joint Terminal Attack Control (JTAC) operations. The mission of a Special Tactics Group (STG) is to organize, train, and equip Special Tactics forces for rapid worldwide employment in support of special operations missions. This contract aims to maintain Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT), and Re-Qualification Training (RQ) for JTAC personnel, ensuring the production of Combat Mission Ready (CMR) JTACs, instructors, and evaluators.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel and services necessary to perform JTAC control duties, simulator operations, and limited training of Air Force or other joint agency personnel in JTAC operations. Specific tasks include:

1. Providing a minimum of one assigned JTAC Instructor and one Simulator Operator at each supported primary location.

2. Assigning a Site Leader to augment the HQ AFSOC/A3 staff.

3. Conducting Initial Qualification Training, Mission Qualification Training, Continuation Training, and Re-Qualification Training for JTAC personnel.

4. Ensuring compliance with relevant directives from USSOCOM and the Air Force.

5. Managing travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations for training exercises while ensuring contractor staff are not assigned to combat duty or combat zones.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from November 15, 2019, through November 14, 2024, with options for extensions based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
Contract performance will occur at various locations including Hurlburt Field, FL; Pope AAF, NC; JBS Lewis-McChord; Cannon AFB, NM; Kadena AFB, JP; RAF Mildenhall, UK; among others.
