Joint Standoff Weapon Indefinitie Delivery Indefinite Quantity for Engineering, Training, and Integration Support

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole source IDIQ contract N0001923D0002 to Raytheon Missile & Defense, 1151 E. Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367 for engineering support, training support, analysis/studies, integration and test event support, and support for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) program.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government
