Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) FY22 RoR Parts Cannibalization Mod   2

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), PMA201 (Program Office Precision Strike Weapons) Patuxent River, MD awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification to FY22 Repair of Repairables (RoR) order, N0001922F1148, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0007. This modification was awarded to Raytheon Missiles & Defense, 1151 E. Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367 for services to disassemble All Up Rounds and cannibalize parts for future JSOW repair requirements.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." Raytheon Missiles & Defense is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the JSOW weapon system and its related equipment and as such is the only company that has the requisite knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling facilities and technical data necessary to meet this requirement.
