Defense Information System Agency (DISA)/Joint Service Provider (JSP) Video Tele-Conference (VTC) and Cable Services Division (JP64) to establish a BPA to fill a repetitive need for AV/VTC Hardware and Installation services.
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP) is seeking to purchase Video Conference (VTC) Integration Standards. The purpose of this integration standards document is to provide a brief description of the primary elements and basic features required to deliver an AV/VTC solution that meets the DISA JSP enterprise requirements for network integration and acceptance. The AV system must support various modes of operations, including local presentations, VTC calls, audio-only conferencing, operator facilitated meetings, and remote operator facilitated meetings. The AV system must also meet AV/VTC security requirements, critical system requirements, system control requirements, display & audio systems requirements, and more. The work will be acquired within the Pentagon Reservation, various satellite locations across the National Capital Region, and Hampton Roads.
