Background
The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) is seeking information from qualified companies with proven expertise in providing services and support within the CBRND arena. This Request for Information (RFI) is published to support market research. The goal of this RFI is to gather insights on potential contractors who can deliver specialized services to the JPEO CBRND and its associated program managers.

Work Details
The requirement encompasses a range of specialized services including: project management, technical support, administrative functions, communications, graphic design, data warehousing, and foreign military sales support. Respondents must provide a detailed description of their expertise in CBRND-related services and support which includes:

- Company name
- Address
- Cage Code
- Point of contact information
- Confirmation of Top-Secret facility clearance
- A comprehensive description of the company's approach to managing and executing defined services including strategic framework, risk management strategies, performance measurement metrics
- Relevant experience and past performance
- Certifications and security clearances
- An approach to managing the defined services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
Base year from March 23, 2026 through March 22, 2027 with four additional twelve-month option years.
