Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract W52P1J17G0060-W52P1J21F0091 awarded to Allen Corporation of America (valued at $22,078,519, 04/01/21–10/01/26) appears to be closely related to the current JPPSO Mid-Atlantic transportation requirement, as it provided enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise logistics support services for U.S. Army Joint Personal Property Shipping Offices. The current opportunity similarly focuses on JPPSOMA managing personal property shipments (e.g., HHG/UB/NTS) within the same Mid-Atlantic AOR through packing, containerization, and delivery processes, which suggests continuity in logistics support functions for joint personal property shipping operations.
