Background
The Joint Interoperability Division (JID) is responsible for providing training and development of joint, interagency, and multinational data link interoperability capabilities to meet the operational needs of the Joint and Coalition forces.

The goal of this contract is to support the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, which includes training Joint Interface Control Officers (JICOs) and advancing interoperability through various engagements.

The JID-TC is tasked with developing, planning, coordinating, and managing training programs consistent with Joint Training Policy.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of support services including:
1. Academic Instruction Support: Instructing modules within the course catalog for in-resident, Mobile Training Team (MTT), and distance/remote learning courses.
2. Certifying Allied Training (AT) Courses: Reviewing host nation courseware for compliance with training objectives and evaluating instructors for certification.
3. Academic/Curriculum Maintenance Support: Developing and maintaining a Curriculum Control Plan (CCP), Courseware Change Requests (CCRs), practical exercises, simulated scenarios, and positional system training.
4. Operational Support: Assisting in integrating JICO training in joint military exercises and providing technical assistance for exercise development.
5. Contract Management: Ensuring sufficient instructors are available to conduct all courses and implementing plans to address instructor shortages.

Period of Performance
Base Ordering Period from December 19, 2024, or date of award, whichever is later, through December 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at various locations as required by the contract.
