In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFAR 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov.

The proposed types of contracts are multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contracts. A maximum of six (6) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) are anticipated with a combined ceiling value of $200,000,000.

The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a maximum of six (6) MATOCs with a period of performance anticipated to be 19 Sep 18 - 18 Sep 25, with an initial five (5) year ordering period from 19 Sep 18 - 18 Sep 23, followed by a single, two (2)-year option period from 19 Sep 23 to 18 Sep 25.

Questions in response to this solicitation are due, in writing via e-mail, to the PCO as well as the primary and secondary points of contact not later than 13 March 2018 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time.

Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project have been uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov.

The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442.

Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts.
