Description

The contractor is to provide simulation training equipment and on-site equipment training at the following locations: Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Bliss, Texas; Fort Carson, Colorado and Fort Riley, Kansas. The contractor is to provide and install the following equipment: Laser Light Designator Rangefinder (LLDR), Multi-Series Laser Detection Camera, LS Short Throw Video Projector (two units), Universal Projector Mount, Curved Projection Screen, Simulated Binoculars with cables, Simulated Monoscope LLDR with cables, Simulated IZLID with cables, Three-Day System Installation, and Five-Year System Warranty (see Attachment 1 for full component listing and salient characteristics).

Background
The US Army, Mission and Installation Command-Ft. Hood (MICC-Ft. Hood) is conducting market research to identify parties interested in supporting the requirement for simulation training equipment and on-site training.

The III Armored Corps (III AC) Fire Support Element (FSE) is designated as the Joint Fires Observer Evaluator (JFOE), supporting JFO training, sustainment, and recertification requirements.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and install the following simulation training equipment:
- Laser Light Designator Rangefinder (LLDR)
- Multi-Series Laser Detection Camera
- LS Short Throw Video Projector (two units)
- Universal Projector Mount
- Curved Projection Screen
- Simulated Binoculars with cables
- Simulated Monoscope LLDR with cables
- Simulated IZLID with cables.

Additionally, the contractor must provide a Three-Day System Installation and a Five-Year System Warranty. For full component listing and salient characteristics, refer to Attachment 1.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the following locations: Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Bliss, Texas; Fort Carson, Colorado; and Fort Riley, Kansas.
