Background
The Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) and Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE) are seeking support services to enhance their training delivery and mission readiness exercises at Norfolk Naval Base, Norfolk, VA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure continuous and reliable service in planning, developing, integrating, executing, and assessing effective unit-level joint education, training, and exercise programs for personnel assigned to the JPSE. This preparation is crucial for rapid worldwide deployment in response to emergent operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for JECC and JPSE Training Delivery and Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) Support.

Key tasks include: conducting a 10-day Joint Planners Course (JPC) tailored for U.S. military and government personnel with four iterations annually; planning and executing quarterly MRX to assess mission readiness; conducting a 3-day JFHQ JTF Formation Course; maintaining course materials updated according to the latest joint doctrine; coordinating all aspects of course execution with government leadership; providing subject matter experts as instructors; developing exercise design products; supporting collective training events; assisting in internal assessments; collecting lessons learned; scheduling after-action reviews; drafting reports; and preparing briefings.
