Background
The Washington Headquarters Services - Acquisition Directorate (WHS-AD) is issuing this solicitation for Joint Data and Analytic Support Services. The agency's mission includes providing support for strategic analysis, future force planning, and joint capability development.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive data development, analysis, and IT support to enhance the Department of Defense's (DoD) analytic capabilities in relation to future force planning and other leadership-directed studies.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personnel services necessary to perform Joint Data and Analytic Support as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Providing data development and analysis support across various functional areas including Air and Space, Ground, Maritime, Logistics, Command & Control (C2), Communications & Information Technology.
2. Supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG) with standardized data products and analytic tools.
3. Assisting in the development of analytic study support and knowledge management activities within the AWG.
4. Addressing administrative management activities related to the JDS effort.
5. Future task orders may include specific analytic tool development and IT infrastructure support.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period defined by individual task orders issued under this indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) framework.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Office of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSD-CAPE), 1800 Defense Pentagon, Suite 3D116, Washington, DC 20301.
