This requirement is to purchase and install Two(2) Vertical Balers for JBSA QRP. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the procurement and installation of 2 (two) new vertical balers, one each at the JBSA-Lackland Recycling Center and the JBSA- Randolph Recycling Center, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition. Background
The Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Qualified Recycling Program aims to enhance recycling efforts through the procurement and installation of new vertical balers. This contract is issued by the 502d Contracting Squadron to support the recycling initiatives at JBSA-Lackland and JBSA-Randolph, ensuring efficient waste management and compliance with safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals for the procurement and installation of two vertical balers. The specifications for each baler include:

- Fixed Bale Dogs

- Compliance with ANSI & OSHA Safety Standards.

The installation will occur at two locations: JBSA-Lackland Recycling Center and JBSA-Randolph Recycling Center.

Period of Performance
Delivery and installation are required within 30 days after receipt of order.
