Background
This solicitation is issued by the Joint Base Langley - Eustis (JBLE) for the exterior repair of Facility 703 at Langley AFB, VA.

- Replacement of all downspouts and gutters;

- Replacement of basement-level windows;
- Selective demolition of existing landscaping;
- Creation of a new muster pad adjacent to the main entrance walks;
- Installation of new basement subgrade waterproofing with perimeter foundation drainage;
- Storm drainage system to capture new downspouts;
- Installation of a new fire service waterline for the facility;
- Construction of new ancillary concrete stoops and landings at newly renovated egress points.
