Description

JBCC ORC Site Visit Information

This notice is to advise that a site visit will be conducted for this requirement at Joint Base Cape Cod (JBCC) on Wednesday, 01 May 2024. The site visit will begin promptly at 8:00 AM EST and is anticipated to be finished at 2:30 PM EST. All parties will meet at Building 322 (IRP Building) on the base. Please see Attachments A and B for directions.

Issuance of the formal solicitation is anticipated by 23 April 2024.

Each contractor will be allowed a maximum of two (2) attendees to the site visit. To obtain access to the base, each contractor must fill out the JBCC Access Request Template (Attachment C) and email it to evan.m.cyran@usace.army.mil and leigha.m.arnold@usace.army.mil by 5:00 PM EST on Monday, 24 April 2024. This is a hard deadline. Each contractor may list both of their attendees on one (1) form. Please fill out your Company Name , Date , and requested information for each attendee. Please keep the I-Gate boxes checked. Please do not alter any other information on the form.

The slide deck for the site visit presentation is attached (Attachment D). This information will be presented while on the bus and at the sites. Binders containing these slides will be distributed to the attendees at the site visit.
