Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) and Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM)

Background
The Air Force Materiel Command, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of developing and producing the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) for Lots 27-31 and the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) for Lots 13-17.

This Sources Sought Announcement serves informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The goal is to gather information on potential contractors who possess mature technical solutions and resources necessary for this project.

Work Details
The contract involves the production and delivery of JASSM missiles for Lots 27 through 31 and LRASM missiles for Lots 13 through 17.

The required deliverables include missile hardware, software, telemetry instrumentation kits, precision targeting image software, JASSM/LRASM Weapon System Simulators, technical data, obsolescence management, upgrades, production implementation, pre-planned product improvement, sustainment services, aircraft integration, non-warranty repair services, containers, and other related items.

Associated support items include replacement parts, program management, engineering support, logistics support, test support equipment, software/hardware upgrades to support production missiles, and any other supplies or services needed to sustain the program over its lifecycle. Sustainment activities will also encompass system repair and repairable components of these end items.

No foreign participation is allowed. Respondents must demonstrate necessary organizational and technical experience or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe. Bidders are required to provide a written description of their past or current experience in relevant areas. Additionally, bidders must indicate their business type and specify their socio-economic status.
