JOFOC for Solutions For Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Extension

Background
This justification is prepared by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), specifically the Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO). The purpose is to provide rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition to extend the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V contracts.

SEWP V is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that has been utilized by NASA and other federal agencies for over 30 years, providing a full suite of commercial Information Technology solutions.

Work Details
The SEWP V contract extension will consist of:
1. A base extension period of five months from May 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026;
2. An optional extension period of four months from October 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027;
3. An optional extension period of three months from February 1, 2027, to April 30, 2027.

The total IDIQ maximum ceiling value will not be increased. The SEWP V contracts allow for Firm-Fixed-Price delivery orders and provide access to a wide range of IT products and services including communication solutions, cybersecurity tools, cloud-based services, and more.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided).

Place of Performance
The performance will occur at various locations as required by NASA and other federal agencies utilizing the SEWP V contracts.

Bidder Requirements
All eligible SEWP V contract holders will have the opportunity to extend their current contracts. There are no additional explicit bidder requirements stated beyond those already established for existing SEWP V contract holders.
