Job Order Contract - Poland   4

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide real property repair, maintenance, and construction services primarily in Poland.

The goal of the contract is to support the operational and maintenance projects for the United States Army, United States Air Force, and other Department of Defense and Federal Agencies located on U.S. military installations or in support of defense operations in Poland. This contract aims to facilitate quick and efficient project delivery while minimizing design efforts and overhead costs.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a wide range of construction tasks including but not limited to: general building renovation, road and pavement repair, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical work, structural work, mechanical work, and concrete work.

The scope includes maintenance and alteration of real property and utilities through a fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Job Order contract. Specific locations for performance include Zagan, Powidz, Poznan, Sweitoszow, Redzikowo, and other U.S. facilities throughout Poland. The total contract value is capped at $35 million over three years with an option for a six-month extension.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is three years with an option for one additional six-month extension.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the projects include Zagan, Powidz, Poznan, Sweitoszow, Redzikowo, and other U.S. facilities located throughout Poland.
