The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to pre-proposal inquiries, provide updated attachments and add FAR Clause 52.232-5.

The purpose of this amendment is to correct the languange in the evaluation criteria to say "approximatley" equal for all factors. Changes are indicated in highlighted yellow and redlined text in the attached Amendment 0001 document.

Job Order Contract (JOC) for construction services in Souda Bay, Greece.

The work under this contract will consist primarily of renovation; repair; maintenance; replacement; alteration; demolition; and construction tasks in Souda Bay, Greece.

This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is limited to a maximum of 60 months (consisting of one 12-month base period and four potential 12-month option periods) or total maximum value of $40,000,000.00 over the life of the contract, whichever comes first.

The guaranteed minimum for this contract is $5,000.00.
