Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for operation and maintenance projects, as well as support for sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects on U.S. military installations in Hessen, Germany.

The contract aims to provide a flexible construction delivery method that can accommodate both straightforward and complex projects while minimizing design effort and overhead costs. The total contract value is capped at $75 million over a three-year period, with specific locations including USAG Wiesbaden, Clay Kaserne, Dagger Complex in Darmstadt, Mainz housing area and training site, and McCully Support Center in Wackernheim.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a wide range of construction tasks related to operation and maintenance projects. It includes the following key components:
- Sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects for U.S. military installations.
- Quick response to project requests through the Job Order Contracting method.
- Use of the JOC Price Book (JOCPB), which includes repair, maintenance, and minor construction tasks with associated unit prices based on German construction standards.
- Task Orders will be issued detailing specific work requirements based on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the contracting officer.
- The contractor's coefficients will cover all operating costs including labor, materials, transportation, profit, overheads, and compliance with legal requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of three years with an option for a six-month extension if needed.
