Job Order Contract - BENELUX   4

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to provide minor construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair services for real property and utilities supporting the international military community, including Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe and NATO in Belgium, as well as locations in the Netherlands.

The goal of this Job Order Contract (JOC) is to ensure efficient and timely delivery of construction services to support U.S. military operations.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a range of tasks including but not limited to: minor construction projects, maintenance and repair of real property, alterations to existing structures, and utility work.

The scope includes incidental engineering typically performed at the supplier level. The JOC will utilize a Unit Price Book titled 'UPB Europe_2025' for pricing and execution of work. Tasks are organized by trade and include direct material, labor, and equipment costs.

The contractor will also be responsible for quality control, safety compliance, and obtaining necessary permits. Emergency ordering procedures require the contractor to respond within four hours for urgent issues.

Period of Performance
The base period for this contract is three years with an option for a six-month extension.

Place of Performance
The primary locations for performance are Belgium and the Netherlands.
