Background
The U.S. Government is issuing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for minor construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair of real property and utilities within the state of Bavaria, Germany.

This contract aims to support the operational needs of U.S. military facilities, including but not limited to USAG Ansbach and USAG Bavaria. The goal is to provide a flexible construction delivery method that accommodates both straightforward and complex projects while minimizing design effort and overhead costs.

The contract encompasses a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance services for U.S. military installations in Bavaria.

- Barton Barracks
- Bismarck Kaserne
- Bleidorn Kaserne
- Franken Kaserne
- Katterbach Kaserne
- Oberdachstetten Training Area
- Shipton Kaserne
- Storck Barracks
- Urlas Kaserne
- Tower Barracks in Grafenwoehr
- Rose Barracks in Vilseck
- Hohenfels military community
- Garmisch military community.

The contractor will be responsible for executing tasks as specified in the JOC Price Book (JOCPB), which includes repair, maintenance, and minor construction tasks with associated unit prices based on German construction industry standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base ordering period of three years with an option for a six-month extension if necessary.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various U.S. military installations located within the state of Bavaria, Germany.
