JLTV Trailer Solid Enclosure

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2023-04. The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard has a requirement for JLTV Trailer Solid Enclosures.

Work Details
The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard requires 30 JLTV Trailer Solid Enclosures, each with specific requirements including being compatible with and mountable to a JLTV M1289 trailer, durable construction of fiberglass or similar material, capable of protecting equipment from harsh environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, high winds, and heavy precipitation, two vents, rear hinged door for ease of loading equipment, padlock compatible trailer latch door, four mounts per side to allow shelter to seamlessly mount to trailer base (8 mounts total), olive drab paint color, dimensions of 61” in width, 93” in length, and 68” in height (minimum). Vendors are required to submit all relevant specific details on their product in response to the solicitation including measurements, materials, weight, pictures, and serial numbers associated with each enclosure.
