Opportunity 1:
Purchase Agency: Digital Media Branch, DPA, OADC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Justification: The justification for this sole source acquisition is based on several factors including urgency, exclusive licensing agreements/proprietary data, brand name requirement, and industrial mobilization. The contracting officer has determined that only one source, JIRA Products, is reasonably available to meet the specific requirements of the CDC.
Work to be Acquired: The requirement is to procure JIRA Software and associated plug-in licenses for bug tracking, agile project management, task organization, workflow management, reporting, administrative systems, integration with Jira, time management, multiple workflows and approval chains, mobile-friendly interface and email integration, robust reporting, open API for system integrations, customization capabilities, and automation of tasks and workflows.
Timeframe: The period of performance for the base contract is from February 21, 2022 to February 20, 2023. There is an option for an additional 12-month period from February 21, 2023 to February 20, 2024.
Place of Performance/Delivery: This acquisition is for software subscription licenses and does not require physical delivery. The place of performance will be at the CDC's facilities in Atlanta, GA.
