The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, ND intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to repair Bunch Hall Dorm 221. This notice isn't a solicitation itself, a formal solicitation will be issued on or around 01 August 2024. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.5. Applicable small business size standard is $45.00M.

Number of contract(s) intended to be awarded: 1 (one)

A formal RFP will be issued via SAM.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking SAM.gov to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(14)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the contracting activity. IAW DAFFARS 5305.204 and DAFMAN 16-201, the government restricts the participation and or the responses to formal RFP from foreign governments, contractors and entities.
