Jefferson Laboratories On-Site Laboratory Equipment Maintenance, Repair, and Fabrication Services   3

Background
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), specifically the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR), is issuing this solicitation for on-site laboratory equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication services at Jefferson Laboratories.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that laboratory equipment is maintained in optimal working condition to support the FDA's mission of protecting public health by ensuring the safety and efficacy of drugs, biological products, and medical devices.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, administrative, and technical support necessary to perform on-site laboratory equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Key tasks include:
1) Routine maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment;
2) Fabrication of custom parts as needed;
3) Provision of all materials and supplies not otherwise provided by the government;
4) Compliance with safety regulations and best practices during service delivery;
5) Documentation of all services performed including maintenance logs and service reports.

The contractor must also ensure that all personnel are qualified and trained to perform the required tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a Phase-In period from June 22, 2025 to July 21, 2025, followed by a base year from July 22, 2025 to July 21, 2026. There are four option years available extending through July 21, 2030.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed on-site at NCTR located at 3900 NCTR Road, Jefferson, Arkansas 72079.
