Background
The solicitation FA301626R0028 is issued by the United States Air Force for the purpose of acquiring Exhaust Hood and Duct Cleaning services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Exhaust Hood & Duct Cleaning as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at multiple locations within JBSA including Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Randolph Air Force Base, Lackland Air Force Base, and Chapman Training Annex. Specific requirements include:
- Adherence to cleaning frequencies and standards as outlined in Technical Exhibits for each location.
- Compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures during service delivery.
- Submission of a management plan detailing staffing and operational strategies.
- Development of a quality control plan to monitor service quality and address deficiencies promptly.

Period of Performance
The contract has a total period of performance of 4 years and 7 months, commencing from July 1, 2026, through January 31, 2031. This includes multiple ordering periods with specific start and end dates for each year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), specifically at Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, Randolph Air Force Base, Lackland Air Force Base, and Chapman Training Annex.
