JBMHH Porch and Concrete Sidewalk Repairs

Background
The objective of this requirement is to repair and replace deteriorated front porches, concrete sidewalks, and brick patios at multiple military housing quarters (QTRs) located across Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBMHH), Virginia.
This project aims to ensure the structural safety, functionality, and historical/visual consistency of the quarters.

Work Details
The contract involves comprehensive repairs and replacements at various QTRs including:
1. Sidewalk Repair:
- Front sidewalks from QTRs 11 to 16 (approx. 600 SY), with 30% concrete replacement due to deterioration.
- Arlington Avenue sidewalks from QTRs 23 to 28 (approx. 800 SY), with 30% replacement/repair.
2. Porch Repair:
- Replacement of all wooden decking, steps, and screen porch components with in-kind or composite decking (approx. 14,000 SF total).
- Repair or replace deteriorated railings; approximately 10% from the total footage (total footage is approx. 1,500 linear feet).
3. Brick Patio Repair:
- Extend the existing concrete patio at QTRs 16A, with approximately 20 square yards of brick patio matching the other QTRs in the same row.
All work must comply with local building codes and safety regulations, using materials that match existing structures for aesthetic continuity.

Bidder Requirements
