JBAB Vacuum Truck Rental Sources Sought   2

Background
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Vacuum Truck Rental at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB). The Government requires vacuum truck rental services to support 11th Wing Water and Fuels Systems Maintenance pump out lift station that needs to be pumped out weekly to prevent sewage backup into JBAB facilities as well as all other water utility and wastewater maintenance and repairs.

Work Details
1. will utilize simplified acquisition procedures for this acquisition and choose one vendor for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW Part 13.303. 2. Requires vacuum truck rental services to support 11th Wing Water and Fuels Systems Maintenance pump out lift station that needs to be pumped out weekly to prevent sewage backup into JBAB facilities as well as all other water utility and wastewater maintenance and repairs.
3. The Salient Characteristics Information for the subject requirement are as follows: • Must be a combination sewer cleaner or combination machine with jetters and vacuum capabilities to open clogged sewer lines. Performance requirements--Vacuum: 18” Hg PD Blower; Airflow: 3,600 CFM; Payload Capacity: 12 Cubic Yard; Tank Size: 1,200 Gallon; 80 GPM @ 2500 PSI.

Period of Performance
The BPA will be valid for one (1) year from date of agreement.
