Japan-wide Chartered Bus Services   2

Amendment 0001 is added on 7 Jul 2021. The PWS, Exhibit and SF1449 have been updated.

The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform chartered bus services for transporting personnel including soldiers carrying weapons/bags, when, as and if scheduled by the Government at any time during any calendar day. The Contractor must be duly authorized to operate and perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. EXPECTED PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 01 Aug 2021 through 31 Jul 2026 or until withdrawn by the Contracting Officer (Subject to change)

The offerors are urged to attend the pre-proposal conference that will be conducted at Yokota Air Base on 1 July 2021, 10:30 AM, Japan Standard Time (JST)

NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL QUOTER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
