Japan DoD Civilian Supplemental Health Care Assistance Services.   2

The Defense Health Agency (DHA), on the behalf of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD (P&R)), intends to award a fixed priced contract to International SOS Government Services (ISOSGS), Trevose, PA 19053.

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

This notice is an update to the sources sought notice posted on August 29, 2023 for the same requirement to provide supplemental health care assistance for Department of Defense (DoD) Government civilian employees residing or working in Japan.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to this notice no later than 4pm EST, Tuesday, September 10, 2024 by email to matthew.l.anderson18.civ@health.mil and cc: danielle.h.mccammon.civ@health.mil. All information submitted should support the offeror's capabilities and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
