Background
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) is seeking a Contractor to provide Janitorial Services for the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge located at 8601 Lindbergh Boulevard in Philadelphia, PA. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and attractive workplace that enhances public relations and the overall appearance of the facility. The contract includes one base year and four option years.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, and transportation to provide professional janitorial services. Specific tasks include:
1) Monthly cleaning of buildings;
2) Monthly cleaning of restrooms;
3) Annual deep cleaning;
4) Cleaning of bunkhouse facilities.

The services must comply with COVID-19 guidelines and adhere to standards of performance as outlined in the Scope of Work.

Period of Performance
Base Period: April 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026; Option Periods: Each lasting 12 months, with anticipated exercise dates for subsequent years.
