Janitorial Servies for Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake Project   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is issuing a contract for janitorial services at Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake. The mission of the agency is to maintain sanitary conditions and ensure the proper functioning of courtesy boat docks, thereby supporting recreational activities in these areas.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to clean, service, and maintain sanitary conditions at the specified locations. Key tasks include:

- Cleaning stairways, handrails, landings;
- Maintaining cleanliness in the generator room and bottom floor;
- Ensuring that all services meet performance objectives outlined in the Service Delivery Summary (SDS);
- Adhering to quality control measures;
- Submitting a Quality Control Plan within 15 working days of contract award.

The contractor must also comply with safety regulations as per EM 385-1-1 and develop an Accident Prevention Program. The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on tenant satisfaction and customer complaints.

Period of Performance
The contract will have multiple ordering periods starting from March 1, 2029, through February 28, 2031, with an optional six-month extension available until September 30, 2031.
